My question is how did you tie the tulle around the the edge of it? Its not looking right when I the the tulle in the last rings of the wreth, doesn’t look full at all. Not sure what I’m doing wrong! Other than that it looks great! I will send a pic later before I bring it to her . she’s in labor now lol
