Thanks so much Lynette! That’s great feedback! Now how’d I guess that of all the thousands of whites out there, we’d pick the same one? Too funny! I’m glad to hear that you like Navajo White. I just want a warm white that’s very neutral, and this one matches the tone of the creams in my furniture and drapery. Revere Pewter was actually my first ‘gray’ choice (again, too funny) based on all the pics I’ve seen. But I think its too light for my space. It’s also a little too too silver-gray; I wanted more of a hazy taupe-gray. Also, it’s more saturated than Revere Pewter which is great because its going on a wall with white kitchen cabinets. The other one that seems like it might work is Rockport Gray. Not sure how to incorporate the Woodlawn Blue…I just know I want a wall that color! I’ve been eyeing it all year! But since all of my accents have that color, maybe I’m just forcing it, and should leave it out of the mix. Ahhhhh…decisions! I also wish you were here to offer more advice. I am about to paint my piano room either Woodlawn Blue, or Wythe blue…they are so similar I just have to get them on the wall to see how the lighting affects them. No experience with Silver Fox, but it looks dark for a whole room. An accent wall would be nice in that color. Have you considered Revere Pewter? That’s the next color that I think will go throughout my open concept spaces. It’s close to what I have now actually (Nantucket Dune/Windsor Greige by Sherwin Williams), but a hint more gray which I love and want. The Navajo White is beautiful, but definitely a non-color. It looks like warm white walls, which I love, but not the one to choose if you want color at all. Hope that helps? This is the fun part for me….wish I were closer to help you! It’s hard…one color in one house looks totally different in another (so annoying!). Good Luck…can’t wait to see the finished product!
