Hi Christi! Thanks for your nice comments about the basement! Our ceilings are standard (8-ft) height with the exception of some bulkheads which were required to hide duct-work, and yes, they are dry-walled. I hope you’ll come by again soon! ~Kerri

I love your bright, cheerful, BEAUTIFUL basement. The accents of color and the personal touches make me want to visit my spiderweb infested basement and dream of what it could look like some day 🙂
I do have a question for you: How tall are your ceilings? Are they dry-walled? Mine are pretty low, but I was hoping ours would turn out as nice as yours.

Thanks so much for your sweet comments! I *think* I might have found those sconces at Home Depot, but I’m not certain. I purchased them about 18 months ago in the midst of a big basement reno, so my memory of buying them is a little blurry! I like them too as they are nice and simple, but they are still traditional / not too modern. Good luck with the hunt! ~Kerri
