My favorite season is Fall, which I guess is a good thing, since most of our ‘summer’ here this year has been very fall-like.
All of June, and these first few weeks of August, have been unseasonally cool.
All this crisp weather has got me thinking about pretty fall decor earlier than usual. Might as well embrace it, rather than fight it! (Sorry to my local ‘summer-loving’ friends who are about to throw rotten tomatoes at me!)
Take a look at these beautiful ways to decorate for the coming season!

I can’t tell you how much I love the idea of using an empty red frame like this one. The colour is delicious.
The simplicity of this centepiece is so charming. It would be easy to make a ‘faux’ maple tree with a branch, some ‘real’ looking maple leaves, and a burlap bag like this one…
What about this darling ‘thankful’ tree? It would be a sweet touch on a table any time during Fall! All you’d need: branches, a circle punch and scrapbook paper, twine, and a Mason/Ball jar. Love.
And who says Fall has to be all country-cottage? Look at these awesome blinged out pumpkins. A few packs of adhesive rhinestones, and you’re done!
Or how about adorning them with ribbon like these, and displaying them in a big glass bowl?
I have a real weakness for Fall urns like this one, decked out with Fall foliage and gourds. I especially love how the big orange pumpkins give these urns symmetry and focal point.

Until next time, enjoy these final weeks of summer. Sorry! (Put down those rotten tomatoes!)
