Easter Ideas: 10 Fab Decor Finds

Easter Ideas: 10 Fab Decor Finds

28 Mar

This post was most recently updated on September 22nd, 2019

Happy Friday peeps! Well, with Easter just 3 weeks away, it’s time to start thinking about Easter ideas!

By now, you probably know that I’m all kinds of crazy about seasonal decorating. Every season has it’s own beauty, but I find that Easter decorating is especially good for the soul.  After a long winter, who can resist pretty pastel colors and sweet baby animals?  Seriously, it’s a no brainer! I recently took a spin around some of my favorite online decor stores, and I was smitten with pretty much all the pretty Easter ideas I found. (I wish I could buy it all!) Here are a few of my faves.

{Note: This post does not contain affiliate links – in other words, I don’t get paid if you click or purchase.  I’m just sharing these Easter ideas because I adore them!}

Easter Decorating Ideas: 10 Fab Finds

Easter ideas

So adorable, right? I’m totally crazy over that bunny watercolour painting  (#8) and the felted bunny garland, which are both creations from Etsy shops. (I love supporting Etsy shopowners, btw! Links listed below.)  Those two platters with the speckled eggs and the bunny are just devine; in fact, I think I’d hang them on the wall during Easter, rather than serving with them. And, what a gorgeous Easter tablescape you create with those pretty napkins and placecards. Gah – just too sweet!

Easter Ideas: Where to Find Them

  1. Speckled Egg Platter, Williams Sonoma
  2. Wooden Egg Place Card Holders, Crate & Barrel
  3. Damask Easter Bunny Platter, Williams Sonoma
  4. Birds’ Nest, Chapters Indigo
  5. Bunny Ears stake, Pier One Imports
  6. Bunny Wreath Hanger, Williams Sonoma
  7. Bunny Figurine, Pier One Imports
  8. Original Rabbit Watercolor Painting, Water in my Paint, Etsy Shop
  9. Bunny Felt Garland,  Felt Witch, Etsy Shop
  10. Hilltop Garden Bunny Napkins, Pottery Barn

If you’re looking to add a little Easter decor in your own home, these finds are worth a peek!

Have a happy weekend, my friends.

K.

Instagram post 2192497929072543504_180915959 This Christmas tree from a few years back is still one if my favourites. I loved the navy blue accents and the little metal pails of snowballs. This year, I decorated this same tree with creams, grey plaid ribbon, and deep olive green. I’ll post some pics soon 🌲. It’s actually pretty easy to change up your tree’s colour scheme from time to time by simply changing your ribbon, and adding just a few new decorations. Everything else stays the same. Oh, and in other news, tomorrow is Friday 🙌🏻 .
Instagram post 2191657248950793864_180915959 This was a year ago New Year’s Day. ⛸⛸ Hoping for enough snow and cold temps between now and Christmas for the pond next to our cottage to freeze. Btw, this is the ONLY time of year I pray for snow 🤣. On the east coast of 🇨🇦 we get lots. So it it gets old really quickly. But, there’s something pretty magical about skating on a frozen lake during the Christmas season. Bring it on! #lakelife
Instagram post 2190941932742417369_180915959 Not all holiday wreathes need to be green, #amiright? I used a rope hoop here with some red striped ribbon, and I love the simple nautical vibe. Are your halls decked? #lakehouseliving #cabinchristmas
Instagram post 2190158222023476781_180915959 Happy Monday! So, have you been shopping all weekend? I’ll admit, I usually dive into Black Friday with giddy excitement, but, by the time Cyber Monday comes around, I’m all shopped out. But, I’m happy to say I finished the decorating in both houses, and I am ready to take on December with 🔔 🔔 on. Just have some decorating left to do outside, but it’s too cold today. #brrrr
Instagram post 2189276529016204735_180915959 Happy December! Hope you have a very merry Sunday. ⛄️
Instagram post 2188604836614546691_180915959 Sadly, the blue sky didn’t last long. We’re back to rain, drizzle and fog (#RDF) around here. We finally had our first sprinkling of snow yesterday, but, total bummer, the rain melted it before any ⛄️ could be built. 👎🏻 Are you in a festive spirit yet? Black Friday either sparks it or zaps it, lol. Enjoy your weekend!
Instagram post 2188076707747849989_180915959 Wondering how to put ribbon on your Christmas tree so it looks beautiful, full and cascading? My easy, step by step method has been used by many blog readers over the years, and I’ve received great feedback on the tutorial and the results. I’ve linked it up in my bio. Swipe through to see some of my trees with ribbon over the past few years. Happy decorating!
Instagram post 2187927610214647869_180915959 Happy Black Friday! Hope you are finding all the deals on your list! While shopping for friends and family, I checked on some of my favourite coastal cottage home decor - some I already have in our home (swipe) - and you can find these gorgeous finds at 20-55% off 🙌🏻. I’ve linked them up in a blog post (link in bio) in case you love them as much as me! And, you can also use the LIKEtoKNOW.it shopping app to shop this pic via screenshot. Instagram post 2187093131447361695_180915959 Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends! I’m almost done with my Christmas decorating 🙌🏻. I love a pretty tree skirt, but the basket collar I used on our cabin tree definitely looks neater and more tailored, and, bonus, I can vacuum under the tree. I don’t know about you, but the skirts I use on my other trees are always sprinkled with glitter and stray branches. What do you use at the bottom of your tree? Are you in the tree skirt or tree collar camp?
